You reserve the right to accept only those offers which you find the most beneficial. Our clients typically receive from $2,000 to $3,500 per month in rental receipts. WHAT WE DO FOR YOU

We stay with you every step of the way…from marketing your property to the wireless community, to assisting in lease negotiations and reviewing rooftop system design. We also collect payments and provide other accounting services at no cost. Our service is 100 percent performance-based; we do not get paid unless we generate revenue for you.

3g Solutions' full menu of Core Services is listed below. Depending on your particular needs, we offer three payment/service options.

  • Assessment of Market Potential – Before taking a listing, we evaluate a building’s market potential as a communications site.

  • Inventory – Upon undertaking the responsibility of managing a rooftop, we perform an inventory of all existing rooftop carrier equipment.

  • Marketing of the Site – We actively market and promote potential and existing sites to prospective wireless tenants. This effort includes a database that describes all potential antenna sites and is marketed to a wide variety of the most active carriers.

  • Lease Negotiation – Once a carrier is interested in a location, we negotiate the terms of the Lease (or License) Agreement on behalf of our landlord clients prior to presenting a transaction for your approval. We have developed customized License Agreements for many of our landlords that reflect their interests better than the standard carrier agreement. In addition, since we have excellent knowledge of the carriers' market rents, we can often secure significantly higher rents for our clients.

  • Lease Monitoring – We monitor and notify the owner of all license renewal and expiration dates and negotiate these license renewals as appropriate.

  • Building Plan Review – We will also verify proper insurance requirements and assure building permits have been obtained.

  • Record Keeping – We maintain records of carrier equipment and license agreements that may be necessary to satisfy the owner’s reporting requirements.

  • Billing/Collecting/Remittance – We invoice and collect all license fees from carriers and deduct management fees, remitting the net balance to owners on a monthly basis.

  • Monthly Statements – We create monthly financial reports, which summarize all activity, and provide these to the property owner.
